Gulftainer Win Prestigious Award
Gulftainer have received an award from the MAG Group chief executive officer Mr. Moafaq Al Gaddah and MAG Shipping general manager Mr. Hagop Minas, as a gesture of thanks for their co-operation and support.
In the space of two short years MAG Shipping, a subsidiary of the multinational Moafaq Al Gaddah Group of companies, has made a real impact on the shipping scene in the Gulf region, focusing on the container trade with Iraq to and from the UAE - particularly focusing on Sharjah Container Terminal as its hub.
In this time the company has set up regular services to Iraqi ports and established a reputation for reliability and for improving services to its customers.
From the time of MAG Shipping’s inauguration, Gulftainer and Sharjah Container Terminal (SCT) in particular, have worked hard to assist in the success of the new venture - and at the 2nd anniversary celebration held at the Shangri La Hotel in Dubai recently this assistance and co-operation was recognised, with Gulftainer commercial manager Keith Nuttall accepting the award on behalf of Gulftainer.
Mr. Nuttall commented, "We are really delighted at the success of MAG Shipping’s operations over the last two years and we congratulate them on their progress and the hard work and initiative they have shown. We are proud to have supported them during this time and look to many more years of fruitful co-operation as they further develop their operations".
